Paul Stevers is the founder and President of CharityHelp International. He is a Canadian engineer, inventor and philanthropist, and the founder of several for-profit and non-profit organizations. He holds numerous patents for innovative waste-processing technology. Since selling his stake in a medical waste technology business, he now spends much of his time creatively applying technologies to help solve societal problems and promote sustainable development. Mr. Stevers is dedicated to applying his business and technology experience to help charities benefit from new and existing technologies in performing their humanitarian work.
In addition to supporting orphanages and schools through Charityhelp International in the developing world, he is a founding sponsor of two new initiatives. The first is the Peace Through Moderation project of the Alliance for Peacebuilding, which raises money to support voices of moderation and non-violence. The second is the Connectivity to Enhance Global Human Security (CEGHS) project, which bridges three worldwide movements of social change: electronic connectivity, economic and social development, and peacebuilding.
